What is OAK DIRECT?
OAK (One of a Kind) DIRECT is a private, one-vehicle driveaway service. We relocate your car, truck, or SUV by driving it directly from pickup to destination. Your vehicle is never loaded on a trailer, transferred between drivers, or left at a terminal.

Who will be driving my vehicle?
Your vehicle is handled by a professional driver operating under OAK DIRECT’s Signature standard. Each delivery is performed with direct accountability, full documentation, and live tracking.

Is my vehicle insured during the trip?
Yes. All deliveries are covered by non-owned auto liability insurance, general liability insurance, and emergency roadside assistance while your vehicle is in our care. You are also required to maintain your own insurance on the vehicle during the delivery period.

What does the $5,000 Signature service include?
The flat $5,000 price includes up to 1,250 miles of driving, all fuel or diesel, driver travel to and from the vehicle, hotels, ground transportation, GPS tracking, photo and video documentation, coordination, and administrative handling. There are no separate travel or logistics fees.

Is the Signature Service really a flat $5,000?
Yes. The OAK DIRECT Signature Service is a $5,000 flat, all-inclusive rate for routes up to 1,250 miles within our service area. This price covers everything required to complete your delivery — including fuel, travel, lodging, tracking, and coordination — with no surprise charges.

The only situation where additional fees may apply is if the vehicle itself causes delays or interruptions, such as mechanical issues, flat tires, battery failures, or other conditions that prevent the vehicle from being safely driven as scheduled. In those cases, lost time and service interventions may be billed according to our standard policies.

As long as your vehicle is in proper operating condition and the trip proceeds normally, your total cost remains exactly $5,000 — period.

What if my route is longer than 1,250 miles?
OAK DIRECT does NOT accept any routes longer than 1,250 miles. This keeps our service predictable, premium, and deliverable usually within a window of 48 hours.

How do I book a delivery?
Start by submitting the intake form on our website. After reviewing your route and vehicle, we will confirm availability and provide your final quote. A 50% ($2,500) deposit secures your booking.

When is payment due?
A 50% ($2,500) non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due on delivery before your keys are released.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings must be made at least three (3) days before your requested pickup date. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

Can I leave personal items in my vehicle?
No. Personal belongings, luggage, boxes, tools, or any items not permanently installed in the vehicle are not allowed during transport. For safety, liability, and insurance reasons, the vehicle must be empty at the time of pickup. OAK DIRECT is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.

What if my vehicle breaks down during delivery?
Emergency roadside assistance is included. Mechanical failures, wear and tear, or pre-existing issues remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Will I be able to track my vehicle?
Yes. On the day of pickup, you’ll receive access to a private tracking link with live GPS via Google Maps, photos, and video updates throughout the journey.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on distance, weather, and road conditions. Most routes within 1,250 miles are typically delivered within 48 hours.

What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed due to scheduling, travel, and logistics commitments.
