Every OAK DIRECT delivery is performed under our Signature Service standard. This is the foundation of how we operate — ensuring every vehicle is managed with absolute accountability, visibility, and care from pickup to delivery.

Your vehicle is assigned to a single professional driver who remains responsible for it throughout the entire journey. There are no handoffs, no depots, and no subcontractors. From the moment your vehicle is collected to the moment it is delivered, it stays under direct, continuous supervision.

Signature Service includes full photo and video documentation at pickup and delivery, odometer and condition verification, and live GPS tracking throughout transit. Clients receive daily video updates confirming location, condition, and progress, providing complete transparency while the vehicle is on the road.

All routes are driven directly from origin to destination without bundling, terminal stops, or unnecessary detours. This reduces risk, shortens delivery windows, and ensures your vehicle is never treated as freight.

OAK DIRECT operates across the continental United States, making it possible to move a vehicle wherever life takes you. Our Signature Service covers routes up to 1,250 miles between pickup and delivery, provided both locations are within 60 miles of a major metropolitan area or transportation hub. With this mileage cap, most vehicles can be delivered directly to their destination within approximately 48 hours, allowing for fast, predictable, and carefully managed transport. All of this is included under one single, all-inclusive flat Signature rate — no mileage calculations, no fuel calculations, no surprise charges, and no add-ons. Every mile, every detail, and every delivery is handled from start to finish under one clear signature price. That’s the OAK DIRECT Signature way.
